A truck arrives at the yard. The operator photographs the butt end of each log, enters diameter and length, and picks the supplier from a dropdown. The lot exists in your system before the truck has even pulled out.

After cutting, each pack gets a QR or barcode label printed on a standard printer. As the pack moves through the yard, it is scanned with the phone's camera and its status updates automatically. No proprietary scanners. No paper logs. No "where did we put it last week?"

Every batch of timber has to carry a Due Diligence Statement through the supply chain. We store the DDS from your supplier, link it to the lot, and carry the reference through intake → cutting → drying. Spreadsheets, paper folders and "we'll find it later" do not survive an EUDR audit. This does.

Yes. The full workflow — log intake, pack scans, drying batches, stock browse — is available without an internet connection. Data is stored locally on each device and syncs automatically when connectivity returns. Multi-device conflicts are resolved by timestamp.
No proprietary hardware. A phone (iOS 14+ or Android 9+) or a web browser is enough. A Bluetooth label printer for QR codes is optional; standard printers also work.
Yes for chain-of-custody: we receive supplier DDS at intake, link it to the log/lot, and carry it through cutting and drying. The DDS reference appears on delivery notes. We do not generate primary DDS for first placers — that is a different obligation explained on the EUDR page.
