5 stages. One app. Mobile + web. Works offline.
We don't impose new processes. We digitize what you already do — and connect the dots.
The operator opens the app — even with no signal. For each log: photo of the butt end (saved as proof), diameter and length entered manually, cubage auto-computed in m³, supplier picked from dropdown. The lot ID is generated and a QR label can be printed on any standard label printer.
Received logs sit in stacks on the yard — each one tracked by species, dimensions and origin, before any cutting happens. No stack is a black box: available and reserved volume are visible per stack, and an age indicator shows how long it's been standing.
As packs come off the line, pack IDs are auto-generated and tied to the source lot. Operators scan the pack QR after binding — camera as scanner, no extra hardware. Pack details (dimensions, species, grade, initial moisture) get entered and linked to the source log. Yield reporting happens at lot-summary level.
Create a drying batch — name it ("Kiln 1 — Oak"), scan packs into it. As packs come out of the kiln, scan to dry-end status. Mobile and web stay in sync — yard staff and office see the same batch list.
Dry packs become visible to everyone the moment they exit the kiln. Filter by species, dimension, grade, drying status. Search by pack ID or scan QR. An age indicator highlights the oldest packs first so FIFO is enforced without anyone having to remember.
Create a customer order, match packs to order lines (scan QR or pick from list), generate the delivery note (PDF), export the invoice (PDF + CSV). The DDS reference is attached automatically for every line item so chain-of-custody is preserved downstream.
Each stage above is backed by dedicated pages covering the full task, grouped by what your mill actually needs to do.
Every stage works without connection. Data queues locally, syncs in the background.
One source of truth. Phone on the yard, browser at the desk, same data.
UI, reports, invoices — all in the operator's native language.
Every record carries photo proof — origin, transformation, dispatch.
We don't sell hardware. Buy what works for your mill.
No. You can begin with intake from day one. What's already on the yard is recorded as a single opening-stock delivery when convenient — most mills start with new intake first and record the existing stock over the first month.
Yes. We don't require a hard cutover. Many mills keep Excel for one workflow while moving the others — intake first, then drying batches, then stock view — over a few weeks.
Operators typically pick up intake in one shift. Drying batch scanning and stock browse take a day or two more. The full workflow is comfortable within two weeks.
That is the design target. Operators use the phone app outside or on the yard; office staff use the web. Data syncs automatically and conflicts are resolved by timestamp.
Yes — CSV and Excel export is standard and covers virtually all accounting tools.
The data is in the cloud the moment your device next syncs. Sign in on a replacement phone, all your lots and packs are there. Photo evidence is uploaded on each sync, so even unsynced local data survives if you replaced the phone after a few minutes of connectivity.
Each change is timestamped at the device level. When two devices edit the same record while offline, the latest timestamp wins and the conflicting change is preserved in the audit log for manual review.
